We provide care for children 6 weeks-12 years. We use the Mother Goose Time Curriculum Standards. Mother Goose Time preschool curriculum supports the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development in young children. Mother Goose follow the Experience Early Learning research-based set of 36 standards which connects to seven domains of learning, including second language acquisition. Mother Goose Time Curriculum intentionally integrates these skills into our lesson plans, learning tools and the objectives of discovery-based activities.
Infants 6 weeks-1 year
We strive to create a warm and nurturing environment for our infants. We utilize the Little Goose - for infant which offers daily opportunities to discover and explore. Little Goose Curriculum enhances a child's natural curiosity. Little Goose provides hands on activities your infant will enjoy. They will be creating art projects, coloring and working with their little hands to get those creative minds working.
Toddlers 1 year-2.5 years
Our toddlers will be learning through play and discovery. We utilize the Little Goose Curriculum for our toddlers and they will be learning how to become independent, but will also receive lots of love. They will be learning the basics; abc's, numbers and colors along with life skills such as; sharing, washing hands and using kind words.
Young Preschool 2.5 years-3 years
Children are preparing for entrance into the preschool room. The room is focused on creating more structure throughout the day by offering a variety of learning centers. Our curriculum uses discover and experience to support children’s development of essential preschool skills. The Mother Goose Curriculum will prepare children with early language, early literacy, mathematics, social and emotional, physical and cognitive skills necessary for success. Children are also encouraged to develop independent self help skills including toilet learning.
Preschool 3 years-5 years
Children learn through play and discovery. Our program provides activities that get their little minds wondering how things work. Preschoolers will also be using the Mother Goose Curriculum; which creatively weaves together art projects, music, storytelling, math games and science experiments around a monthly theme. They will begin putting letters together to create words. Children in this class will also be doing individualized class work.
School Age/Before and After School 6+
This program is offered to all children before/after school, summers and school breaks. If children have homework we will be able to assist them in completing it. We have a safe, fun and educational program for school-ages that give them the opportunities they need to succeed.
