24-Hour Oakland Parent Teacher Children Center is a non-profit community-based organization dedicated to supporting the early childhood education of children and providing services that foster a safe environment for learning. We provide subsidized child development slots for families that meet state guidelines. We are licensed by Community Care Licensing. Accepted need criteria are: Searching for employment Homeless and searching for housing Working - Day shift / Graveyard Shift Attending school or Vocational Training Medically Incapacitated At 24 Hour OPTCC, we are committed to facilitating an optimal learning experience and ensuring the safety of our students and staff. From day one of the pandemic, we have put policies in place to help protect everyone at our sites, and as state and local mandates and protocols continue to change, we will continue to update our policies to remain current with the best practices in preventing the spread of Covid-19
