I was not satisfied with how my child was treated by this childcare provider. She lacks the professionalism to handle issues that common parents should be concerned about. She attempted to make us feel wrong as parents for showing concern about our child's safety from being constantly scratched in his face and normal 2 year old temper tantrums.
