Welcome to Sunshine Daycare, a child care program run by Liliya Khizgilova in Rockville, MD. We are dedicated to providing a clean and safe learning environment for young children and their families. Teachers help each student to develop their physical, socio-emotional, and intellectual growth. Our daycare welcomes parents positive involvement and presence at all times to support their little ones child care and early education needs. At our daycare, children can thrive and have the opportunity to blossom into responsible and contributing members of our society. At Sunshine Daycare, we offer a perfect balance between the intellectual and physical development, fundamental classes and active recreation. This is to ensure that our young students receive the most careful treatment, a cheerful company of peers and teachers, and the most essential knowledge and skills along with the ability to use them. We also teach our students through a variety of learnings and communications styles, with a safe and structured environment. Along with our philosophy, our educational activities vary and tailored to each students needs and developmental stage. We realize that a curriculum framework that is designed to be universal to all children only leads to optimal development when teachers respect and respond to the learning opportunities of each individual child. Each child has their own individual and unique traits, so it is important to have structured programs to fit each childs specific needs. Learning should be fun, which is why we also incorporate the Play-based learning approach in our curriculum.
