Head Start is a free comprehensive child develpment program serving 3 - 5 year old children from low income families who meet income requirments. 3 1/2 hour half day sessions 8:15 AM - 11:45 AM/ 12:45 P.M. - 4:15 PM M - Th. Breakfast and snack or lunch and snack provided each day to meet 33% of child's nutritional needs. Family engagement and school readiness centered. High Scope Curriculum and child outcomes. 10% of enrollment is reserved for disabled/special needs children
