About Me
Welcome to Cardinal Forest Kids Playhouse, my small home-based daycare in Springfield, VA! I’m the owner and a mother of 2, and I am CPR and First-aid certified. My family child care program is small, so you can be sure that your child will receive plenty of individual attention (I will take a maximum of 4 children).
My Daycare
My home daycare is open between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday (my regular hours are normally 8:00am to 5:00pm, but I can be flexible until 5:30pm, if required; please discuss this with me when visiting).
I provide full-time daycare for infants as young as 8 weeks and for children up to 3 years old. Lunch and snacks are also included in the tuition for the children in my care.
I engage my little students in educational activities, such as numbers, letters, and shapes. In addition to English, I also speak Dari/Persian and at parent's request, I can speak Dari with the children (however, this is not a bilingual or language-immersion daycare).
The health of the children in my care is one of my top priorities, so I always clean and wipe down surfaces to prevent any diseases caused by bacteria and viruses. We also wash our hands regularly.
Cardinal Forest Kids Playhouse is located near Cardinal Forest Elementary School and Cardinal Forest Park in Springfield, VA (off Rolling Rd, near Whole Foods Market and West Springfield High School).

We love this home daycare and the care the provider shows! It is a great fit for our family. She is always so caring and our kid leaves with a smile at every pickup. So glad we found this place! She pays close attention and keeps us up to date.

I didn’t think I would ever be able to leave my 5 month old at a daycare- The provider has made the whole experience amazing. My baby loves her, and loves the other kids at Daycare. She is an only child so it is great socialization for her! The owner and her daycare assistants are so sweet and kind. I know I am leaving my baby in great hands when I leave her with them. They always send photos when I ask her for them. I am so grateful for them!

This provider is truly an amazing person and our daughter has had an amazing time there. Every day when we drop her off we know she is being well cared for, safe, and loved.

The daycare has extremely good safety measures in COVID times, while the provider and her mother are amazing with the kids. My son enjoys going there every day very much!

Our son loves this provider! We have been taking him here since he was about 9 months old, after changing daycare providers. He adapted really well to her right off the bat. I like how small the daycare is because he really gets a lot of individual attention. Our son has been in this provider's care since he was 3 months old and he is now 13 months. He loves seeing this provide each morning and always gives her big hugs. We are so happy with the care he has received, it gives us great peace of mind during the workday. You can really tell how much she cares for the kids.

This daycare is excellent. my daughter has been going for almost 2 years and she loves it. This provider is a very considerate and attentive care provider and my daughter loves her like another family member.

I couldn't be happier to have found this provider. She is so amazing! She's very loving, kind, and responsive. My daughter loves her! I was so nervous about being able to find a place where my daughter would be safe and feel loved. However as soon as I met this provider I knew she would be in a loving and caring environment. I would highly recommend her!
