Established in 1983, Little Ponderosa has been offering the best possible care for children, focusing on a positive, home-style environment with opportunities to foster education. Our unique western-style building and grounds-complete with large pines-provide children with age-appropriate opportunities to make friends, learn and grow! We participate in the Texas Rising Star program and are 2-Star certified at this time and working towards 3-Star. Our teachers are required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of training per year and we currently have 2 teachers that have obtained their Child Development Associate credential.
