About Me
Hello parents! Welcome to Town & Country Gardens Daycare, my small family child care program in Vienna, VA. I'm the owner and lead teacher, and I am CPR and first-aid certified. I have 12 years of child care experience, including working at a large child care center and a smaller family daycare. I prefer the intimate environment of a small program rather than a very large center, and thus decided to open my own home daycare. I hold a Masters Degree in Law and I'm also a mother of 3.
My Daycare
Town & Country Gardens Daycare is a small, family-oriented program. I offer full-time and before & after school care for babies starting at 3 months up to 12 years old. My hours are from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays. Lunch and snacks are provided to the children in my care (included in the tuition).
To prevent COVID and prevent the spread of other diseases/germs, we often wash our hands, and I sanitize all surfaces in between lunch and activities. I also make sure that the toys are deep cleaned at the end of the day.
Curriculum
I strive to create an intentional space where every child feels welcome and safe. My daycare is organized with labels and various educational activity stations. We do sensory activities, and develop fine and gross motor skills using blocks, water, and other soft and hard materials. My facility is packed with wall decor and learning posters, which make my space more engaging and stimulating.
My curriculum also focuses on getting children prepared for school. In addition to English, I also speak Arabic and can teach my students upon parents' request. I love working with families, so I always strive to provide an intimate experience for each child and parent. Children (and parents!) will also surely love my big backyard and interactive space.
Location
Town & Country Gardens Daycare is nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Vienna, VA (the Town & Country Gardens community). Our home daycare is close enough from major roads to be convenient for your commute to work but far enough to be peaceful. We're a mile away from Chain Bridge Rd (route 123) and less than 2 miles away from I-66. Were also within walking distance from Flint Hill Elementary School, Louise Archer Elementary School, and Madison High School.

We've had our son in this daycare since he was 4 months old (now 2) and have had a wonderful experience. They treat him like their own son and have always been incredibly accommodating working with us on his schedules and specific needs as he's grown. We've been with this daycare since our son was 5 months old in November of 2020 and we have been SO happy having him here.
The daycare practices clean and safe procedures, including masks required by parents during pick up and drop off, as well as adjusted hours (approx. 7am - 5pm) to give staff time to properly clean and sanitize the play area and toys.

The owner and her staff are amazing and truly care for all of the kids like their own! We sent our son at 5 months old and has been here for 8 months now. I highly recommend this daycare. My daughter has been going there since she was 4 months old, and they truly treat her like one of their own. We absolutely adore the providers and the facility. We have zero reservations dropping off the kids daily knowing that they will be cared for as if we were there. My only feedback regarding the curriculum is that they could vary the learning levels to ensure the age groups are aligned. Again they do a fantastic job with the staff the have compared to the number of children they support.

All the caregivers are incredibly warm and welcoming. Both of my daughters felt comfortable and safe immediately and always enjoyed going. It is a true family daycare, as all the staff and children appear and treat each other like one big family. On top of that, communication and flexibility was great. My child recently moved on to pre-Kindergarden from this daycare. The provider and her staff have provided an extremely positive experience for my child and their education. They were beyond prepared for pre-K knowing all their letters, numbers, and some math. They learned very positive values from sharing, caring for others, and respect. We've been taking our son here since he was 7 months old, and he loves it there! He loves all of the teachers, and is usually sad to leave at the end of the day. The space is always very clean and orderly. The people there are so kind, and I would definitely recommend them.

My son has been going to this daycare since he was 3 months old. She has a lot of experience with childcare, but what you don't get at other places is how she treats him like family. I drop him off, and don't worry about him at all during the day while I'm at work. I will pick a family care over a facility any day!

This provider has been such a wonderful support for our family. Our child has been there since 4 months of age and they treat her as their own. This is a place filled with love where they seek to nurture the children and, when the time is right, get them ready for preschool. A caring, warm environment I would recommend to any parent!

We could not be more happy with this family child care. She cares for our little one as though she were her own. The other children are ahead of the curve with learning and speech. We chose this child care because she offers the personal attention of an in-home daycare, while also providing the structure that one would expect from a larger daycare center. This family child care is absolutely the best place I have ever brought my child. My son has learned so many things, from good manners to independent play to sharing. I feel incredibly blessed to have found her because my son visiting every day. Her child care is clean and safe. There are many toys for the children to play with and enjoy.
