New World Child Development Center is a year-round center in Walnut Creek, CA. We are open from 7:00am until 6:00pm and care for children as young as 2 years through 6 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care. We also have after school care for children up to 6 years old. We provide snacks and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment. New World Child Development Center is a Mandarin immersion program. We use a play based curriculum. I sent both of my kids from age 2 to age 5, and I can say that the teachers are very caring. When my kids were having some learning challenges, they were great in working with the resource specialists. When COVID happened, they were also quick in adapting to the ever-changing guidelines, and have been very communicative throughout to make sure that my child and everyone else is safe.
