Broadcasters Child Development Center is a child care center in Northwest Washington, DC. At Broadcasters Child Development Center, we enroll children as young as 3 months through 5 years old. We are a large center open from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We are in our 35th year of providing care and development to some of the most important people in the world - our children. We have an experienced staff waiting to welcome you. BCDC has built its reputation by providing an environment that meets the emotional, social, intellectual and physical needs of our children. Each classroom is designed to stimulate the growth of the whole child in a developmentally appropriate and nurturing environment that encourages imagination and creativity. BCDC prides itself on the longevity and commitment of our teachers to BCDC! Individuals chosen to teach at BCDC are caring, loving, and respectful of children. Staff members are selected on the basis of their experience, proficiency, resourcefulness, education and ability to stimulate children and foster their development. BCDC is a peanut and tree nut free center. The Center serves two nutritious snacks each day. Parents are expected to provide daily lunches for their children. We are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators to accommodate hot or cold foods. Enrichment programming includes music, storytelling and movement class from Kids Moving Company of Bethesda. The Center also brings in other performers throughout the school year as well.
