About Us:
Welcome to Sweet Meadow Children's Place, my home daycare and preschool in Gaithersburg, MD! I hold a Bachelors Degree in General Studies and I am CPR and First-aid certified. I also have 25 years of experience in providing quality child care and early education. Caring for children has been my passion and during those years I have had the chance to work with a wide variety of children ages 1-7. I can assure you that at my family child care program, your child will receive loving care and undivided attention.
Philosophy:
I understand that early learning is critical for children. Therefore, I take pride in providing a day-by-day schedule for all the children in my care, to ensure that along with parents, we are maximizing each child's unique potential through academic, emotional, and social education. Our preschool curriculum also focuses on educational activities, especially for children over 2 years old to prepare them for kindergarten.
Program:
Our daycare is open between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm, from Monday through Friday. We can provide full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 2 weeks old, as well as toddlers through preschoolers up to 5 years old. We also offer before and after school care for school-age children (we are near Laytonsville Elementary School, Judith A. Resnik Elementary School, Church of the Redeemer Christian, Goshen Elementary School, and Mother of God School).

Sweet Meadow Children's Place is conveniently located in Gaithersburg, off Sweet Meadow and Dorsey Road (near Laytonsville Golf Course). We are also a few minutes away from Olney Laytonsville Rd (route 108) and Woodfield Rd (route 214).
