Tegest Chanyalew Mama's Family Daycare, Burtonsville

My daughter has been well taken care of in the 5 months she has attended. She gets plenty of outdoor activity and interacts with kids of all ages, which helps her learn. The owner and her assistant are wonderful and show so much love for my daughter. The home daycare is clean and safe, and my husband and I are very satisfied that our daughter is in capable hands.

Our daughter was at daycare here from 3.5 months - 4 years old. She grew and learned so much. The provider is so loving and attentive to her and all the children. She engages them with fun and educational activities and our daughter loved it there. We were so happy to find such a warm and caring environment. We highly recommend this daycare!

We were a little apprehensive/anxious due to a bad experience with our previous provider, but after seeing the interaction between the provider and our son during the initial visit- we knew it was the right place for him. We have yet to be disappointed ever since. This provider has a sincere love for children and it shows with her interaction- both with my son and other children. Outside time is super important to me since it helps regulate their daily rhythms and spending all day inside can get boring, not to mention kids need to play!. This provider makes an honest effort to get the kids outside every day, sometimes twice a day. My son is growing new skills everyday- It is very endearing to me when she recaps the day and talks about how proud she is of him and his new accomplishments! This provider has always been open to our requests and is flexible with timing of arrival/departure, feeding changes, etc. I am comforted everyday at drop-off knowing that my son is being cared for and loved- not just attend to (diaper changes, feedings, etc.) He is a much happier baby after being with this provider and that means everything to me!

I cannot begin to express how much of a God send this provider is!!! I absolutely love how warm and approachable and loving she is with the children. What a relief it is to leave your everything with someone without any worries. I wanted to return to work, but I had reached a level of depression and stressed to the max because of my reservations about childcare. But the moment I met this provider and saw the interaction between her and my Genny, I knew all would be well. I'm so grateful for CareLuLu and the service they provided so I could contact and register with her facility. The first couple of weeks my 14 month old daughter needed some adjusting which is normal since she'd been attached to me for over 8/9 months. Once she knew her routine, she was a champ and super excited to get dropped off to daycare. She especially loves Pizza Days at daycare. No, not delivery, she bakes her own and my daughter loves it. I would recommend her a million times over. SHE's AMAZING!!!
