Hello, parents! Welcome to Edmondson Kids Playhouse, our nurturing in-home daycare in Baltimore, MD. My journey into child care began with my own family - as a mom of 4, with one of my children born with special needs, I discovered my passion. I have 14 years of hands-on experience raising my own children, as well as more than 2 years working in a Montessori school and a public school. My passion for child care and early childhood education led me to opening my own licensed daycare. My husband and I worked very hard to be able to get a nice single-family home, so that we could establish our very own child care facility. We dedicate the entire 1st level of the house to child care and have a separate nap room for children.

We understand that every family has unique needs. That's why we offer both full-time and part-time child care options to accommodate your schedule. Our daycare caters to children from 6 weeks to 5 years, and our goal is to offer a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We are proud to provide a peanut-free and tree-nut-free environment, ensuring the safety of children with allergies. Nutritious snacks are included, keeping your little ones energized and happy. Our child care and preschool program uses the play-based teaching philosophy. We believe in fostering creativity and learning through play, both indoors and outdoors. Our activities are adjusted to suit the age of our students, ensuring that every child receives age-appropriate stimulation and fun.

Edmondson Kids Playhouse is conveniently located right off Edmondson Ave, between the West Hills and Westgate neighborhoods of Baltimore, near Catonsville. With easy access to the Baltimore National Pike (route 40) and the Baltimore Beltway I-695, our child care location is a perfect solution for parents commuting in and around Baltimore.
