Barbara Herdrich Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Carol Stream, IL. Our family child care program is run by Barbara Herdrich who has 28 years of child care experience. We are open from 7:00am until 6:00pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. Miss Barbara cared for both of my boys from 3 months through 5th grade, and I could not have had a better caregiver for them. She is kind, loving and flexible, often keeping our boys late and feeding them dinner when emergencies arose at work. She taught them both to read before they were 4 years old, and she was instrumental in teaching them manners and respect.
