This will be achieved through providing a variety of activities that are developmentally appropriate and recognizes the individual needs and differences of children. Providing a superior reading, math, and science exploration program allows the children exposure to a vast array of learning vehicles. Through teacher assisted and directed activities, children are encouraged to be independent thinkers and life-long learners. We believe that each child is unique and we promote the optimum development of physical, intellectual, language, emotional and social skills and abilities. Our program focuses on providing a safe, supportive and nurturing atmosphere where all children are able to express their creativity freely. Our emphasis is on the Creative Curriculum as it is through play that young children learn. We work in partnership with parents, and the community communicating closely, encouraging family involvement in the program and offering support and education on issues relating to child development and early childhood education. Our goal is to allow that process to unfold as it does. W.W.W. purpose is to provide an atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development of the child as a whole. Experiences at WEATHERSBY WONDER WORLD INC. Learning Facility will include opportunities for creative expression, intellectual stimulation, large and small motor activities, and social interaction. W.W.W. provides activities in science, math, music, art, language, literature, cooking and problem solving. These activities assist self-awareness of the child and success in these areas promotes a child’s positive self-image.
