Thoughts of the Heart & Mind Children's Cottage is a year-round home-based daycare in Damascus, MD. Our family child care program is run by Patricia Onodueze who has 17 years of child care experience and has a Master's degree in teaching. We are open from 7:00am until 5:30pm and care for children as young as 2 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care, including drop in care. We also have summer camp, as well as before and after school care for children up to 6 years old. We provide snacks. We are a faith-based program. We use a Reggio Emilia curriculum. To learn more, please call us or send us an email. My son loves it here. Patrisha is so patient, kind and understands children very well. Very excellent center. Patrisha is the person you need to help you with your kids.
