Welcome to Lorfax Heights Playhouse, my intimate family child care and preschool program in Lorton, VA. My home-based daycare is located in the Lorfax Heights neighborhood, near Laurel Hill Golf Club. Your daily commute will be convenient since I have easy access to Lorton Rd (route 611), Ox Rd (route 123), and Henry Shirley Memorial Hwy (I-95).
About Me:
I’m the owner and main caregiver, and I run a small early childhood education program in a safe, intimate learning environment. I’m a professional daycare provider with 5 years of experience and an Associate's Degree in Child Care Education. I’m a passionate caregiver who wants to help families in the area by providing high-quality care at an affordable rate.
I have a large space dedicated to child care but will accept a maximum of 4 children, so you can be sure that your child will receive plenty of individualized attention. All kids attending my program are treated as if they were my own and equally. In addition to English, I also speak Farsi, Urdu, and Hindi and upon request, I can expose your child to these foreign languages (my daycare is not a bilingual program though).
Program:
Lorfax Heights Playhouse is a Play-based learning program offering full-time and part-time care for newborn babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age kids up to 10 years old. I provide lunch and snacks to all kids in my care and these are already included in the tuition. I run a peanut and tree-nut free environment to prevent any possible allergies.

Our 4 month old son attends daycare with this caregiver and we've had a great experience so far! She is very organized, communicative and you can tell she really cares about our son and is very comforting towards him. We feel confident that he is great hands and well cared for. I absolutely love this daycare. It has a very homey feeling! I know that my children are personally taken care of. It was the first time that my kids didn’t cry when I left, instead they turned around and said bye to me. Also, the caregiver is extremely professional and caring.
