Buenos Amigos Daycare provides the attention and loving care your child needs in a family-oriented environment. Our Curriculum English/Spanish is designed for all ages and helps to help the 5 important areas of a Child's development. 1. Language (bilingual). 2. Physical (motor skills). 3. Social- Emotional (independence and relations with others) 4. Cognitive (the power of daily learning). 5. Sensorial (the training of the senses).
Because you can't be there at all times to care for your child, We have Camera for parents service that allows you to watch him/her as if you were. It also offers you the opportunity to observe events in your child life, as well as see how he/she is learning and developing.
Your child will be actively involved in a daily routine (according with their age) including the following activities:
- Spanish Immersion
- Music
- Outdoor Play
- Arts and crafts
- Dance (let your body talk)
- Circle Time (Story time, daily learning of math, science, social and language areas)
- Pre-school learning (numbers, letters, colors and shapes)
- Dramatic and imaginative play
- Motor skills /manipulative (puzzles, legos, blocks, etc)
- Active play and hands on activities for cognitive and motor-skills development.
- Nature walks
- Field Trips
- Tasting and preparing different kind of foods
- Character building values
- Potty Training, and much more!!!

We love this Daycare! Our son started there when he was only 10 weeks old and now is almost 2. We felt comfortable leaving him starting day one! We loved the care harper got here. .we were so sad to leave. I haven't found another daycare that even comes close in comparison.

Both of our children attended daycare here and we were completely satisfied with the care and rearing that they were given. Both the owner and her staff were highly competent, hard-working, loving care givers. They put a lot of effort into their program and it shows.

This daycare has been a tremendous daycare for our child. She has thrived during her time there developing new skills and language abilities and responds well to the structure provided.
The owner is professional, attentive and responsive. The staff she hires has been competent and caring. It has been a great experience. It’s also conveniently located near Forest Glen Metro for those who commute into DC.

We feel very lucky to have found such a good daycare so close to our home. It has an intimate, in-home daycare atmosphere and simultaneously provides a structured learning environment for the children. The artwork that our kids come home with, the photos of the fun hands-on activities that the children do, and the skills and learning that our older son exhibits, all help to assure us that we have our young children in the right place.
