Thanks for your interest in Naila Naseer Family Child Care, my cozy and home-like daycare in Arlington, VA. I’m the owner and main caregiver and I have 15 years of child care experience. As a mother of three children, I know first-hand the importance of ensuring that kids grow up in a safe, loving and welcoming environment.
I enjoy the work that I do as a provider and at my daycare, so you can be sure that your child will receive nurturing care. In addition to English, I speak Urdu/Hindi and upon request, I can expose your child to this foreign language (my daycare is not a fully bilingual program).
I’m open year-round from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. I provide full-time care for infants as young as 3 weeks, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old. I serve lunch and snacks to all children in my care (already included in the tuition). I can also offer before and after school care for old kids, up to 12 years old (my facility is near Key Elementary School, Patrick Henry Elementary School and Long Branch Elementary School).

Our family has been with this provider for two years now, since our oldest was 13 months old. My son came as an infant and will stay until preschool. I cannot explain how amazingly loving the provider and her family are. My son is a part of the family, and he has a big smile on his face when he sees the provider and her family. This provider has great hours and has never been sick in two years! She really caters to us having two working parents and makes things easy for us. With three kids of her own, we knew this provider had the experience we needed and has helped us with a nap schedule for our youngest and potty training our oldest. We really love working with this provider and we will be sad when our youngest leaves her loving care.

This provider has provided safe and loving care to both of children as infants and toddlers. We love that she teaches, sings, and plays with them all day. While my children had breast milk, she was adept at proper storing, warming, and feeding techniques. Now, she provides delicious nourishing meals and made my son especially, a huge fan of vegetables! This provider follows our desires for a nap schedule and helps us understand if any changes are needed. Finally, we love that she takes the kids on a walk or to the park as weather permits. We always know our kids are safe, loved, and having a great time at daycare!
