Smith Academy provides students with a classical education in an academically rigorous and engaging environment designed to promote strong citizenship and life-long learning.
All students are viewed as gifted as we seek to challenge them to the best of their individual abilities. The faculty and staff are dedicated to bringing each child up to, and when possible, beyond grade level and Smith Academy is committed to providing an enrichment program designed to accommodate both remediation and gifted and talented needs.
In addition to a solid core curriculum in Math, Reading, Science, and Social Studies, we also place emphasis on character development, language instruction, computer skills, and physical education. Children also receive weekly instruction in Dance, STEM, Swim and Art.
The Pre-School and Elementary School curriculum is updated and reviewed annually to ensure it meets the highest national standards.
