I am the owner and main caregiver at Sully Park Children's Place. As a mother of three, I am excited to offer a safe and loving environment for your little ones to grow and thrive. I have 10 years of experience in early education, and I am fluent in English, Urdu, Farsi, and Dari, allowing me to communicate effectively with diverse families.
I started my own daycare after working as an assistant for another child care facility in Centreville. When that daycare closed, my husband and I decided that I should open a daycare business of my own! With our kids growing up, it was important to me to be at home, and this opportunity allowed me to continue doing what I love. My experience working as an assistant made me a better parent, teaching me various ways to interact with kids.
I love my job and working with children and families! Being a hands-on parent myself, I know exactly what parents need to ensure their children are safe and happy while they are away. Providing "motherly" care based on my experience as a mom is something I take pride in.
Sully Park Children's Place is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexible hours to accommodate your busy schedule. We provide full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 3 months old, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old. Our programs include Full-Time Care, Part-Time Care, and a more structured Preschool Program.
I believe in the power of play as a fundamental part of learning. Our play-based teaching philosophy encourages children to explore, discover, and learn at their own pace in a fun and stimulating environment. Our curriculum includes a variety of activities designed to foster development and creativity, such as teaching manners to develop social skills. Daily story time sessions develop early literacy and instill a love of reading books.
We provide a nutritious lunch and snacks daily, all included in the tuition. To ensure the safety of all children, our facility is strictly peanut and tree-nut free.
