We feel so lucky to have found Shazia! We had already selected a daycare center for our first child, but as fate would have it, we learned of an opening with Shazia and decided to meet with her after our daughter was born. As soon as we arrived, Shazia asked if she could take our daughter out of her carseat and immediately began snuggling and loving on her. That was a huge comfort to be able to see how much she cared right away, especially as first-time parents. We had come across the review about the child's broken leg, and we asked her to tell us about it and what happened, and appreciated her honestly and openness. Fast forward six months and we are so happy with our decision and how well our daughter is doing at Shazia's. She communicates well with us throughout the day, has the kids participate in age-appropriate developmental play time, and is very easy to work with on feedings and supplies. We'd absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of childcare.

Just want to start by saying the story that another review shared is not 100% truthful and also happened eight years ago! This family was understandably upset but continues to haunt Shazia despite her being cleared of any wrong doing. You can look up the incident yourself through the county. We have been with Shazia for four years and have never been anything short of wildly impressed with the care she has given all three of our children. She is like family to us. She runs a small in-home daycare that is equal parts love and learning and so much individual attention that our babies have benefited from. She and her mom care for their kids as if they were her own. She has been in business for 20 years and has three college-aged kids of her own. I have loved that it is a small group (4-6 kids) but there are always a few different ages and the kids learn a lot from each other because of it. Shazia has a curriculum that they follow each day and lots of time outside when weather permits. I can’t say enough good things about what Shazia has provided my babies - my 1yo is still with her. And the cherry on top is that her prices can’t be beat!
