This daycare has a concerning history of incident reports with the state. We enrolled our grandson for just a few weeks, and during that time he cried every day at pickup, which was heartbreaking to see. The staff were neither friendly nor understanding of working parents’ challenges.
When we raised concerns about our grandson being reported as “sick” multiple times, despite showing no symptoms when we arrived, the owner responded with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. After notifying them that we planned to seek another daycare, they abruptly returned all of his belongings and refused to continue his care.
Throughout his short enrollment, we experienced constant calls with excuses to pick him up early, lack of patience with children, and very poor communication. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this daycare to any family.
