My children started going to Jeanine’s when my oldest was about 9 months and stayed there until he was 3 1/2. The beginning of us goin there Jeanine was great and my son loved it there. Towards the end however he would cry if I even asked if he wanted to go to Jeanine’s and throw a fit during drop off, my baby would also act this way at drop off but I assumed it was due to his age. We eventually decided to part ways and I enrolled my oldest is summer camp and preschool at our local elementary as well as my youngest in another daycare. Both boys are like completely different kids. My oldest LOVES preschool and learning with his teachers (Jeanine often left him out when doing activities with the girls). When my youngest gets to his new daycare he gets excited and runs right in to play. Jeanine also finds it necessary to talk to you about how other parents kids acted that day. I do not think Jeanine is professional and if you have boys stay away..she favors girls. She also refused to give my son back his favorite stuffed animal that he left there on his last day.

My son had went to Jeanine’s Daycare and just 8 weeks old and remained there until roughly 8 or 9 months. My son was a fussier baby but since she was in the business and has been for so long I️ didn’t think this was something she couldn’t handle. After all, he’s a baby. On her daily sheets that got sent home with us every day she would often write the time of his fits and how long they would last. When I️ went to pick him up she would often seem extremely annoyed by my son. I️ was always on edge picking him up because I was nervous as to what kind of day he had and how she was going to be toward me and what was she going to say. On day while I️ was at work she had called me and explained that my son had been crying for roughly 20 minutes and he was “inconsolable” & I️ needed to come and pick him up. I️ told her I️ would speak to my boss and explain the situation and give her a call back shortly. After the discussion with my boss I️ called her back and said that I️ would be leaving shortly to come get my son. She says “Ok good, he’s making it hard for me to love him.” And added a little chuckle at the end. I️ hung up and went to pick my son up where I️ found him crying in a pack n play in another room by himself. AN 8 MONTH OLD. I️ grabbed him and left. After 30 minutes of being home Jeanine called me and suggested I️ find new child care because my son cried too much and was scaring the other children. Which, might I️ add the other children 3 out of 4 were family! I️ told her that after that comment was made to me about my son I️ had already began my search. I️ have worked in child care myself for 4 years now in two different Daycare centers where I️ have been with infants and I️ have been with toddlers. If we kicked every child out that was fussy we would have no children left in the centers. I️ can’t believe the way this woman went about this with my son. Another thing was one day I️ had to stay later at work so I️ had my mother pick my son up from Jeanine’s and my mom didn’t have a car seat so I️ asked Jeanine if my mom could borrow hers that she uses for the babies when they go on field trips and that I️ would return it the next business day. She agreed and so my mom borrowed it. When I went to pick my son up from my moms I️ noticed the car seat looked extremely out dated. When I️ checked the date on the sticker, the manufacturer date had said the year of 2010!! This lady is not all she’s cracked up to be. Don’t even get me started on her favoritism toward girls versus boys.
