Circle Time With Friends Learning Center

Very unprofessional I would like to give 0 stars! Mrs Rogers the owner should be a shamed of herself! My children went here for a few months, and after voicing our concerns that one of our children was sleeping without a sheet. We were suddenly hit with all sorts of unexpected fees. Which we were told was controlled by some online program out of state. This was a lie, they control and add additional fees at their leisure. I was given a letter that stated we owed one amount, we went online and the amount was lower!!! Mrs. Rogers the owner of the daycare, was literally cursing at one of her employees as I walked into the facility this morning. I heard on the way to sign my children in "STOP COKING BREAKFAST LET HER DUMB-███ DO IT FROM NOW ON". I signed my children in and proceeded to take my son to his locker ignoring what I just heard. Mrs Rogers in a hostile tone yells down the hall "MOM YOU KNOW DAD DIDN'T PAY YESTERDAY SO THEY CANT STAY TODAY". I replied "OK Mrs Rogers", and called my children's dad to inform his of the ridiculous situation that we walked into this morning at Circle Time With Friends. He said to leave the daycare and that he would address the issue with them. We've noticed the all women staff there make an issue when " I-MOM" (another woman) comes into the facility. When their "DAD" walks into the facility they do not have any issues. I say to my fiance over the phone that I am getting tired of the hidden fees and rudeness from Circle Time, and that we should pull our children out of their program. Mrs Rogers then comes back around the corner yelling again, in a very confrontational tone " YOU CAN PULL THEM OUT BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY TUITION MOM!" At this point I am already leaving with my children, and I say to her " I am on the phone, I was not talking to you". Mrs Rogers then follows me towards the door and yells "WELL I WAS TALKING TO YOU, JUST PLEASE LEAVE". To which I replied " That's what I am doing, leaving". Overall this was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional and rude of Mrs Rogers to behave this way this morning. I had a full day of work planned, I never imagined that the facilitator of the daycare that my children attend would be so rude and confrontational this morning. The tuition that she was referring to was paid every week on time. There were no issues with extra fees or anything, until we complained that our child was sleeping without a sheet because he had an accident the week before. We have made the very easy decision to never bring another child to Circle Time With Friends as long as it directed by Mrs Rogers, who wears glasses and braces if anyone needed the visual. (If you drop in during the day she probably will be in a "meeting") I hope they close the place down, no kids deserve to sleep with out a sheet because they had an accident. When your kid comes home and says they had an accident because a specific teacher ignored him when they asked to use the bathroom there is a problem. Id like to add my children were not allowed to stay at daycare on Wednesday because the late fees had not been paid by Tuesday morning. Just so you have a clear understanding we were not more that 24 hours late making the payment for this week. We also paid a week in advanced at the very beginning, that we were told we could use if we wanted to pull our children, that would cover their last week. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS, THESE WOMEN DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN!
