Hello parents, and welcome! I am the proud owner and primary caregiver of this licensed home-based daycare in Rockville, MD. As a mother with over 13 years of childcare experience (including 4 years at child care centers), I bring both professional expertise and personal care to your family. I previously served as a director at a child care center before opening my own daycare to pursue my passion for children’s growth and development.

I established Shine Squad Early Learners Child Care with the mission of creating a nurturing environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. I’m grateful to work with children, empowering them with skills, confidence, and compassion to succeed in life. I am committed to providing high-quality care tailored to each child’s unique needs while building strong relationships with families in Rockville.

At Shine Squad Early Learners Child Care, we prioritize a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth. In small-group settings, we provide personalized care to meet each child's individual needs. Through a structured, preschool-style routine, we strive to offer engaging activities designed to promote curiosity and creativity, while preparing children for kindergarten and supporting their unique developmental needs.

Most importantly, we focus on the safety and security of children, providing care in a pet-free environment. Additionally, I'm CPR, First Aid, and M.A.T certified. Healthy habits and clear expectations are woven into every part of the day, from guided learning activities to play, meals, and rest. Families value our calm, nurturing environment, reliable schedule, and open communication, knowing their child is cared for as we do our own.

Daily Activities:

We provide a structured preschool curriculum with a daily routine that ensures a balance of learning, play, and discovery.

• Sensory play: Experiences with playdough, sand, water, and sensory bins.

Throughout the day, children practice essential practical life skills and positive social habits, such as handwashing, sharing, taking turns, and following daily routines. While we are not a bilingual program, I am fluent in Urdu and am happy to incorporate the language into your child’s day upon request.
