Brick corners not covered by his first day, front door left open with bag of trash in front step for me to step over when I arrived to pick him up. TV left on all day long. No baby gate at bottom of stairs. My child screamed for 2.5 hours his first day (9 mos old and going through separation anxiety and teething.) I was told on his FIRST day that "this may not work out." He went over the side of his bouncer and landed on a pile of Legos and I was asked "please don't tell your husband because he'll kill me." Never ever again. Complaints are being filed with the state. My son is a different child since we've rescued him this place.
