We are a home daycare (also known as family daycare or in-home daycare) located in Springfield, VA in Northern Virginia. We are minutes away from the Franconia Springfield Metro Station, I-95 interchange, and Old Keene Mill Road slug lines. We have a child care permit, but operate under a smaller capacity (no more than 4 children), in order to give more one-on-one attention to the children in our care. We specialize in child care for children ages six weeks to six years old. Mrs. Tanya is the primary caretaker. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe learning environment for your child, while encouraging social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Your child will receive quality personal and individualized care in a warm and loving home, where they can feel safe and happy while building confidence in a new environment. Our home is designed to provide both a nurturing home atmosphere along with large dedicated areas for the children to actively learn and play in; a stimulating environment with spacious rooms rich in color giving each child an exciting world full of opportunities to explore, learn, and grow. Furthermore, we maintain a low teacher to child ratio. Therefore, your child will receive a nurturing foundation for development and encouraging environment for your child to reach their full potential. We have a large fully fenced, child friendly backyard, equipped with fun and safe playing equipment. Well balanced nutritious meals and snacks are also offered to your child. We incorporate lots of fun activities into your child's daily schedule including arts and crafts, free-play, structured-play, music, song and dance, painting, coloring, various creative and educational projects, and much more. Because of these points, we feel we are able to provide the best of both worlds (learning and fun, all in one). Our family daycare meets all the requirements established by the Fairfax County Office for Children.
