Welcome to Springfield Estates Playhouse, my intimate family child care program in Springfield, VA. My home is located in the Springfield Estates neighborhood, near Commerce St and Franconia Rd. I'm also very close to the Capital Beltway access (I-495, I-95 and I-395), so your daily commute to work will be convenient.

I’m the owner and main caregiver, and I have 5 years of experience in child care and early childhood education. Before opening my own daycare, I worked at another child care facility. I am also CPR & First-aid certified and hold a Master’s Degree in Home Economics. Like you, I’m also a parent, so I know how stressful it can be to find a trustworthy, reliable, and safe “second home” for your little one. I only accept a maximum of 4 children, so if you enroll your child with me, your child will receive plenty of individualized attention.

Springfield Estates Playhouse is open all year from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, but I can make adjustments depending on your needs (please inquire about longer hours or flexible child care). I provide full-time and part-time for infants as young as 2 months, as well toddlers and preschoolers up to 3 years old. I teach through a Play-based learning approach and engage my students in fun activities such as singing and dancing. All kids attending my program are provided with lunch and snacks, which are both included in the tuition. My daycare is a peanut and tree-nut free environment to prevent possible allergies.
