Happy Planet (1616, Quentin Rd) is the worst place. Angela, the current owner, is very mean, unprofessional, uneducated, gloomy, cruel person. She was keeping my 9 months baby in a crib for hours, texted me that he was hysterically crying and I had to pick him up immediately. My boy is very positive, very friendly, cute and never cry at home. In the morning she met me with words "did you come to have poop again?", "did you come to cry again?". Only negative words were for us when we came afternoon to take him home. Bruises, scratches, dirty clothes, sickness all the time, total negative that is all that my boy got in the daycare. Staff is also unprofessional as the owner. WE ARE HAPPY IN THE NEW DAY CARE NOW!! STAY WAY FROM HAPPY PLANET!!!

We had a very bad experience with this daycare. The owner - Irina - is rude, obnoxious and mentally unstable person. We were all wondering if the owner had to go thru any psychological evaluation prior to obtaining the licence and opening a child care. My kid hated every minute there. We pull the child out, moved to another day care and everything was back to normal. A very stressful, unhealthy environment for parents and children. Parents be aware !
