Welcome to Braddock Playhouse! 😊 We are a family-oriented, fun, and friendly licensed home-based daycare in Fairfax, VA. Our preschool program is located in the cozy Hampton Chase subdivision, just off Hampton Forest Way and Chalkstone Way.

We're within a short drive of all major access roads: Braddock Rd (SR 620), Lee Hwy (US-29), and Fairfax County Pkwy (SR 286). We're also just a few minutes away from Willow Springs Elementary School.

Program:

Our doors are open year-round, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm. We can also accommodate late pickups at no extra charge to support busy families and unexpected needs.

We offer full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 3 months old to toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years of age. When you enroll with us, included in the tuition is the convenience of daily well-balanced meals, ensuring that your little one receives proper nutrition as part of their day in our care.

About Me:

Hello parents! I am the proud owner and primary caregiver of Braddock Playhouse, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience in child care. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and am certified in CPR and First Aid, so you can feel confident that your child is in a safe and knowledgeable environment. I am also fluent in Persian in addition to English, and I’m happy to introduce your child to simple words and cultural experiences that broaden their understanding of the world.

The early years are a crucial time for growth, especially for infants and toddlers, where consistent attention and nurturing play a key role in their development. At Braddock Playhouse, as a family-run child care program, we are committed to supporting each child’s social, emotional, and physical growth through thoughtful interaction and engaging activities.

Our goal is to nurture each child’s full potential by creating a space where children feel secure, valued, and encouraged to explore, giving parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are cared for like family. 👨‍👩‍👧

Your little ones can enjoy a secure, fenced outdoor play area, a quiet and separate nap room, and a multipurpose space for group activities. Older children have supervised access to computers to support early digital literacy, while our cozy library space encourages reading habits, imagination, and inspires a love for books.
