Our school has several long-term teachers, including an Infant Teacher with a tenure of 28 years, a Toddler Teacher with a tenure of 15 years, and a Discovery Preschool Teacher and Assistant Director who both have ten years of teaching experience at this location! Teachers are trained and educated each year with the latest trends in early childhood education. Teachers are CPR and First Aid certified. Health & SafetyYour children are our number one priority and we take all precautions in our daily routine. For instance, we have an on-site Health and Safety Coordinator who keeps our center up to date with monthly drills, along with making sure we have adequate first aid supplies at our center. We check photo identification of anybody picking up a child and check it against the pick-up list. Our center has an electronic keypad system to gain access to the facility. All of our center staff members are First Aid and CPR certified.

Each child is signed and out at daily and continually monitored throughout the day on our name-to-face attendance sheets. Outdoor play occurs daily, weather permitting. In the event weather conditions prevent outdoor activities, alternative indoor gross-motor activities will be substituted. Our playground is arranged into age-specific areas and is equipped with a seven-foot perimeter rod iron fence.
