Our vision is to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families through the power of education. Teachers & StaffWebster KinderCare was established in Fall of 2007. We have a team of a little over 20 full-time and a handful of part-time teachers and staff. A few of them have been with us since the doors opened ten years ago! Many of our staff have degrees in various education-related fields, and others are working towards them. All of our staff are First Aid and CPR certified and a few are certified to give medication. We are proud of the team we work with.  They all love watching the children in our care learning new skills and going through developmental milestones.  They find working with children to be their passion. See for yourself below and then call us to meet them! Health & SafetyAt KinderCare in Webster, we take health and safety very seriously.  All children must have proof of being free of communicable disease before enrolling in our center.  We also ask that only those who have been vaccinated with the Measles virus enter our infant classrooms.  We do monthly fire drills and emergency evacuation drills.  Typically this involves merely exiting the building to a designated safe spot until the drill is over. Sometimes it involves heading to our neighboring designated shelter.  We are a fully nut-free center.  Our staff also is trained on a safety topic at least once each month.  Those are just SOME of the ways we practice good health and safety measures.
