Sandy Bay was unprofessional and may be running a scam. Several parents had warned me she was unprofessional but I did not realize to this extent. Sandy had been caring for my one year old daughter. I paid Sandy to hold my daughters spot over the holidays till we return. When I went to drop my daughter off Sandy said I was no longer welcomed there and the spot had been filled. When I asked why she said I clearly didn’t need child care and she didn’t know how I still had a job because I was 30 minutes late dropping my daughter off. Clearly she had filled my daughter spot long before that day because there was a new child there when we showed up.
