Hi families! Thank you for considering First Steps ChildCare for your childcare needs! I’m a licensed home daycare with over 2 years of experience and a Degree in Early Childhood Education. I started First Steps ChildCare because I wanted to create the kind of care I'd want for my own kids, a cozy, safe, and happy space where children truly feel seen and supported. As a licensed provider, and mom, I know how big of a decision it is to choose child care, and I'm honored you're considering (or have chosen) my program. Here, your child will be part of a small group where they can grow, play, learn, and just be themselves. We spend our days doing a little bit of everything, learning through play, reading together, getting messy with art, and spending lots of time outside. I believe in letting kids be kids, while also giving them the structure and care they need to thrive. With my pre-k program your children with follow a well structured curriculum fully preparing them for kindergarten. I look forward to meeting you and your little ones.
