I strive to instill the values of faith, independence, respect, and responsibility in every child I serve. I believe that every child’s accomplishments are a blessing, and with each blessing comes the opportunity to learn through play and meaningful experiences. My welcoming, nurturing, and safe environment is thoughtfully designed to be developmentally appropriate supporting the individual needs, interests, and abilities of all children, regardless of background or ability. This approach allows children to thrive, grow, and discover the joy of learning every day. I recognize that every child is unique, with their own way of communicating, exploring, and learning. My program embraces diversity and is inclusive of children with medical needs, disabilities, or physical differences. By providing adaptable materials, flexible teaching strategies, and supportive interactions, I ensure that every child feels valued, included, and empowered to participate fully in our learning community. To best support each child, I take time to learn about their individual interests, primary languages, and cultural backgrounds by building strong relationships with families during enrollment and through ongoing conversations, family surveys, and daily communication. This information helps me tailor classroom activities and materials to reflect each child’s experiences and home life. Books, songs, dramatic play materials, and visual supports representing a variety of cultures, traditions, and languages are incorporated into our classroom. When possible, I include labels and communication tools in children’s home languages, and I welcome families to share their cultural celebrations, foods, and stories with the group. This inclusive approach helps children develop a sense of identity, belonging, and respect for others, while deepening their connection to the learning community. She sees every child as an angel entrusted to us to learn and grow while nurturing them in faith and education, always under God’s loving guidance. With 20 years of experience in the Early Education field, Randi has served as a preschool substitute, aide, teacher, assistant director, administrative assistant, and director.
