Rainbow Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Annandale, VA. Our family child care program is run by Lilia Valencia-Real who has 10 years of child care experience. We are open from 7:00am until 6:00pm and care for children as young as 3 months through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care. We also have before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. If needed, transportation can be arranged. We provide meals and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment. Rainbow Family Child Care is a Spanish immersion program. We offer a play-based Montessori curriculum. my children haven’t been attending Lilia’s home care since they were 3 months old to present. they are 7 and 9 years old now. and they still love to go there. Ms. Lilia is knowledgeable and hands on with the kids curriculum, safety is a priority under her care, the home care is very clean and organized. Ms. Lilia is also flexible, fair and understanding. we are so greatful and blessed to have her in our lives. thank you Lilia

When I first moved to the area, I was searching for a positive and nurturing environment for my children. Out of all the daycares I visited, Ms. Lillia’s stood out immediately. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and she consistently demonstrates professionalism and genuine care. I have been with Miss Lilia for over 11 years. She has cared for my 13-year-old since he was 1 and a half years old, my 10-year-old since he was 6 months old, and my 9-year-old since he was just 3 months old. Miss Lilia is an exceptional individual, and I have never had any reason to complain about her dedication or professionalism when it comes to caring for children.

My son is now 3 years old. I have had him with Lilia since he was 9 months old and I have never regretted my choice of daycare. Lilia has shown so such dedication towards my son and the other kids at Rainbow Family Childcare. My son has learned colors, the alphabet, animal sounds, counting, sharing, and is currently learning how to potty train.
