Ruthie Samuels Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Baltimore, MD. Our family child care program is run by Ruthie Samuels who has 8 years of child care experience. We are open from 6:30am until midnight and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care, including drop in care. We also have before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. We provide meals. Choosing the right daycare provider is one of the most important decisions I have ever had to make. My children. have been with Mrs. Samuel’s going on 10 years, and I must say I feel so comfortable and safe with my children being here. Jack and Beans offers a safe, loving, and structural environment, which assisted my children to have a head start prior to attending school.
