About Us: K.B.’s Child Care Center is an extension of K.B's Family Daycare. The family daycare was established in 1995 - pres. Mrs. Hopson, the child care center's Director and owner has a B.S degree in Early Childhood Education/Human Development and over 20 years of experience in the early childhood field. Our teachers and their assistants are certified and have achieved MSDE credentialing at levels 3 and above. Here at K.B's Child Care Center we provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where your child can develop socially, academically and physically. K. B’s Child Care Center LLC is located adjacent to K.B.’s Family Daycare which is fully accredited through (NAFCC) National Association for Family Childcare (NAFCC). Accreditation assures that our program practices have met the national standards and a step beyond the state’s basic licensing requirements. A Program to fit Every Child: K. B’s Child Care Center knows that every child has different needs. Our program will provide your little one’s with activities to stimulate their mind, body, and spirit. Infant –Toddler Care: Our infant and toddler program is designed for scaffolding sensor motor development during the sensor motor stage. Infants and toddlers “think” with their eyes, ears, hands and other sensory motor aids. Our program provides them with the basis to explore, investigate and learn about the physical world around them. Preschool Program: Our preschool program involves age appropriate activities through hands on learning, fantasy play, and dramatic play to promote social development. Enriched with a variety of language and literacy activities such as puppetry, and listening to and reading stories. K B's Child Care Center is a licensed child care center in Baltimore, MD.
