Burke Village Kids Playhouse is a bilingual French daycare and preschool in Burke, VA. My daycare is located in the Burke Village neighborhood, right off Burke Lake Rd (route 645) and Coffer Woods Rd. My home is also close to the Burke Center Pkwy (route 643) and 5 minutes away from Braddock Rd (route 620). Perfect for your daily commute to work!

About Me:
I’m the owner and main caregiver of this intimate family child care and early childhood education program. I’m a professional caregiver with 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in French Literature. Before opening my own daycare, I was a teacher for 7 years at another licensed facility.
As a mom myself, I know it’s difficult for you to leave your little one to someone’s else care, but be assured that your child will be safe with me at all times. I run a small in-home daycare, so every child receives plenty of individualized attention (I only accept a maximum of 4 children). My goal is to help families in the area by providing high-quality care and early education at an affordable rate.
Program:
Burke Village Kids Playhouse is a bilingual French program so in addition to English, I also teach kids French. This is a wonderful opportunity for your little one to become bilingual at a young age. My daycare follows the Play-based learning approach, which allows kids to learn best through play.
I’m open all year-round from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Mondays to Fridays. I am also open on Saturdays if you need weekend child care (please send an email to ask about tuition for weekend care.) I offer full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 2 months, as well as toddlers through preschoolers up to 5 years old.
I provide lunch and snacks to all kids attending my program and these are already included in the tuition. To prevent any possible allergies, I run peanut and tree-nut free environment. Thank you for your interest, I look forward to meeting you and your little one!

She is amazing to work with. She takes extra care and love for our child. She will make sure he is learning, Gives us daily updates on how things are going and makes sure to let us know about any concerns she notices when she is sees anything. We love working with her.

I am so thankful for this provider and her family for taking care of our girl! this is my first child and first experience with daycare and she made us feel like family and has taken Rowan in like her own. I feel 100% comfortable and would recommend her to anyone!

She treats each child like a member of her family. As a first time parent, I was extremely nervous/anxious about leaving my child with anyone. She made the transition so smooth and my child feels safe and loved. She made sure he eats only the best foods and has the most wonderful time each and every day. I know if I ever go to have another child, they will go to her for child care.

I have 3 kids and this daycare is the best one that I have ever tried. She is great loving and caring provider. My daughter loves everything about her,. I highly recommend this daycare to all parents.

I highly recommend this Family Child Care to all parents in need of child care. The caregiver enjoys working with children and my boys are always excited to go to her house. I feel at peace whenever I drop my kids to her day care as I know they will be safe, well cared for and fed.

My twins have been going to this daycare , she is amazing , informative and loving , she always communicate and transparent about everything , i was nervous at first but I am comfortable with her care now .
