Laverne's Childcare is a year-round home-based daycare in Chesapeake, VA. Our family child care program is run by Laverne Spence who has 38 years of child care experience. We are open from 6:30am until 5:00pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer full time care, before and after school care for children up to 12 years old, as well as summer camp and drop in care. We provide meals. Laverne's Childcare is a co-op program that requires parents' active involvement. We are a faith-based program. We use a play based curriculum. To learn more, please call us or send us an email.
