Northwestern University Settlement Association is a center in Chicago, IL. We offer preschool and full time child care. We provide meals and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment. At a minimum, our teachers have an Associate's degree. Our Early Childhood Education program is funded by the Federal Government through the Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) and Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS). We provide families with a full day and full year of programing for children age 2-5. Income eligible families may apply for subsidized tuition. Our classrooms are staffed by teachers who hold an Illinois State Board of Education, Professional Educator License. We welcome children with disabilities and support families who suspect that their child may have a disability or developmental delay. Our program is NAEYC accredited, and we have an ExceleRate Gold Circle of quality rating for the 2nd year in a row and were recently awarded the Award of Excellence for Family and Community Engagement.
