Was informed by my child that Mrs. Dawson yells often at the children in her care, is either on her phone a great deal or watching television. She also has her daughter “fill in” for her far more than she should and her daughter pays far more attention to the children than the accredited and trusted childcare provider. Needless to say, we are looking for a far more competent childcare provider for our child.
