About Me:

Welcome to Town Country Forest Playhouse, my cozy home daycare and preschool in Fairfax, VA. I’m the owner and main caregiver and I have 20 years of child care and early childhood education experience. I’m CPR & First-aid certified. As a mother myself, I can relate to your concerns when it comes to finding a trustworthy place where you can leave your little one with confidence, peace of mind and without worries.

Program:

My child care and preschool program is open year-round from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. I offer full-time and part-time care for infants and toddlers between the age of 6 months to 2.5 years old. I can also accommodate drop-in care if you have occasional needs only.

My facility offers a home-like, calm, peaceful environment for kids to grow, play, learn and enjoy their day. I have a spacious and colorful child care facility with more than enough space for kids to move around freely and play together safely.

I provide snacks (already included in the tuition), and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment.

Curriculum:

I follow the Play-based learning approach, so children are having fun while learning. I love to enrich their learning process and keep them active through play. We play music, dance, and learn sounds, the alphabet, numbers, shapes colors through nature, wildlife, etc. I spend enough time with infants to make sure they are hitting all their developmental milestones.

I also engage them in educational activities such as Story Time, Music, and Arts & Crafts. In addition to English, I speak Persian, Farsi, Urdu, and Pashto fluently and upon your request, I can expose your child to these foreign languages (however, my daycare is not a bilingual program).

Safety:

I follow safety protocols to keep everyone in my daycare safe and healthy, such as taking the temperature before entering my facility and sanitizing my space throughout the day. I also make sure that children are not showing any symptoms of illness.

Location:

Town Country Forest Playhouse is located in the Town Country Forest residential neighborhood in Fairfax, VA. My home is located off Jermantown Rd and has easy access to Fairfax Blvd/Main St (US-50) and the I-66, so your day to day commute will be easier.
