Smart Start Montessori School implements the Montessori Method and philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori. For many years, the Montessori Method has been used as originally intended. It is a method of seeing the children as they really are.Montessori is a method of education based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. Montessori classrooms encourage children to make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and teacher offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process.

I cannot stress enough how absolutely amazing this school is! My daughter has attended Smart Start for 2.5 years now and she thrives! She is 5 years old and is learning/mastering things that I didn't learn until 3rd-4th grade and higher. I can’t praise the team of amazing people at Smart Start Montessori. Our son has been enrolled for just over a year and the academic progress he has made simply blows us away. Besides excelling academically, the life skills he now possesses are incredible. We can’t get him to stop sweeping our floors or washing his own dishes!!
