At Jazzy’s Learning Hub LLC, we provide a high-quality, nurturing, and structured early learning environment for children ages 1–5. Our program is designed to support the whole child—socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically—while honoring each child’s individual pace of growth and development. We believe children learn best through meaningful play, consistent routines, and loving relationships. Curriculum & Learning Approach Our curriculum is play-based, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with Maryland Early Learning Standards. Learning experiences are intentionally planned to support school readiness while still allowing children to explore, create, and discover. Key focus areas include: • Social-emotional development and emotional regulation • Language and early literacy • Early math and problem-solving skills • Fine and gross motor development • Sensory exploration and hands-on learning • Introduction to STEM concepts and creative arts Daily activities include circle time, guided small-group learning, independent play, outdoor play, music and movement, read-alouds, and age-appropriate learning centers. Children are observed regularly using tools such as the ASQ-3 to support individualized learning and developmental milestones. Facilities & Environment Jazzy’s Learning Hub operates in a safe, clean, and welcoming home-based environment designed specifically for young children. Our space is thoughtfully arranged to promote learning, independence, and comfort. Children have access to age-appropriate toys, learning materials, books, and activity areas that encourage exploration and creativity. Safety is a top priority. Our program follows all state licensing requirements, including childproofing, cleanliness standards, emergency preparedness, and daily health and safety practices. Outdoor play and fresh air are incorporated regularly, weather permitting. Teachers & Care Philosophy Our program is led by an experienced childcare professional with over 17 years of experience in early childhood education, including roles as a lead teacher and administrator. We are committed to ongoing professional development and best practices in early learning.
