Promise Care has been providing quality Christian childcare to the surrounding community for more than 15 years. Promise Care Child Development Center is a child care center in Richmond, VA. At Promise Care Child Development Center, we enroll children as young as 4 weeks through 12 years and 11 months old. We are a large center. We offer both full- and part-time day care for children aged two, three, and four. We offer a morning only pre-school (3- and 4-year-olds) two or three days a week.
