Dawn has a negative action from the county against her for neglecting my daughter. My daughter hit her head in Dawns care and Dawn never reported it to myself or the county as required . My daughter has a bleeding disorder and could have had a brain bleed. My daughter told me when I picked her up and felt the huge goose egg on her temple.
