Welcome to Laveen KinderCare. We are so excited to meet you and your family! At our school, we believe in developing the whole child, so we place an emphasis on assisting children's social, cognitive, emotional, and physical development. Our caring staff and teachers have strong relationships with our families. Our parents consider us an extension of their families and work with us as partners in their children's development. We take pride in providing your child with a safe, secure, and stimulating environment, supported by a dedicated team of teachers who have a true passion for educating and nurturing children. Whether your child has first words or first grade on the horizon, we're here to help him or her succeed. We’re excited to show you how everything in our center is designed for learning!
Teachers & Staff
The teachers and staff at Laveen KinderCare are passionate about educating and nurturing children. Our teachers have an average of three years tenure at our school, and an average of 12 years of experience in the early childhood education field. Our team strives for excellence through continuing education, including biannual company professional development trainings, early education college courses, Quality First classroom trainings, and additional early education seminars. At the end of the day, our true key to success is our love of learning and passion for teaching.
Health & Safety
Laveen KinderCare places the health and safety of children first. The center is locked at all times, and there is a single entrance in and out of the building requiring keypad entry. All of our playgrounds are fenced, and we are surrounded by a well-established safe neighborhood. Each and every teacher has been CPR and First Aid trained, and annual re-certification occurs.
has NAEYC accreditation.
National Association for the Education of Young Children is the world's largest organization working on behalf of young children. NAEYC established a national, voluntary accreditation system to set professional standards for early childhood education programs and to help families identify high-quality programs. The NAEYC Accreditation Criteria address all aspects of an early childhood program, including interactions among teachers and children, curriculum, interactions among teachers and families, administration, staff qualifications and professional development, staffing patterns, physical environment, health and safety, nutrition and food service, and program evaluation.
