the previous review is exactly what happen to me. the owner Jenny got mad because she felt that I was taking too long to comfort my child, and it conflicting with her wanting to mop her floors. she is so hateful and rude! she does not deserve to be looking over children. niether dows her staff because they act so afraid of her, and let her bully them around. Owner has extremely rude and out of line with myself and my son. Long story short, she lost her patience over my son crying because I was leaving. She stated that this was ridiculous and that he was too old to be crying. To him! I feel as though someone I entrust to nurture and care for my child should not act as such and belittle a child for crying.
